For us, only the best quality is good enough, and our Qualivo range even goes a step further. The premium meat comes exclusively from local farms – the short distances traveled enable us to minimize CO₂ emissions.

Our farmers shun genetically modified feed and raise their animals on straw or pasture. This compassionate husbandry, coupled with weekly fresh processing, culminates in the outstanding products we use to create the regional specialties bearing the Qualivo label.

Our Qualivo Black Forest ham is available in several varieties: as a joint with or without rind, or sliced.
