This gourmet product is an extra lean, cooked shoulder of ham. It is cured naturally in a mould, then smoked and slow cooked in its own juices in a net. Thanks to the deliciously mild flavour, it can be served hot or cold.
This ham makes an ideal quick meal at any time of the year. Whether as a cold snack or as a warm dish with potato salad – it always tastes good. To serve warm, simply steep in hot water (80-90 °C) for about half an hour.
