Filigrano – delicate and fine. This air-dried, wafer thin-sliced bacon is produced from selected lean sides of pork, mildly seasoned according to a traditional recipe and salted by hand.

The especially long resting and maturing time gives rise to a unique fragrance. Carved extra thin, every single slice of Filigrano develops a full flavour.
