Swiss sausage salad
For the dressing, mix the pickle juice, vinegar, mustard, salt and black pepper in a large salad bowl. Add the oil and whisk the dressing.
Cut the Emmental into thin sticks and slice the gherkins. Slice the tomatoes as well, and cut the slices in half. Thinly slice the red onion. Add all the sliced ingredients and the strips of Adler Fleischwurst to the dressing in the large salad bowl, and mix. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve with chives and farmhouse bread.
