Swiss sausage salad

(4 servings)

For the dressing, whisk together pickle water, vinegar, mustard, salt and black pepper in a large salad bowl. Add the oil and whisk the dressing together.

Cut the Emmental into thin sticks, and the pickles into slices. Slice the tomatoes as well and cut them in half again. Cut the red onion into fine rings. Add all the chopped ingredients and the sliced Adler Fleischwurst to the dressing in the large salad bowl and mix. At the end season with salt and pepper. Then serve with chives and farmhouse bread.
