Schäufele in puff pastry

(serves 4)

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Remove the Schäufele from the pouch and wrap in the rolled-out puff pastry. Place the parcels on a greased baking tray. Brush the pastry with egg yolk and bake the Schäufele for 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a seasonal salad. This dish is just perfect when you’re entertaining guests.

800 g Adler Black Forest Schäufele

1 large lettuce

2-3 tomatoes
