Schäufele in puff pastry

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Meanwhile, take the Schäufele out of the package and wrap it with the rolled out puff pastry. Place it on the baking tray that has been rubbed with shortening. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and bake the Schäufele for 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a seasonal salad. This dish can also be prepared for guests.
