Thoroughly flavoursome and easy to prepare: simply place the pouch containing the Schäufele in hot water (80-90 °C) and heat for about 45 minutes to allow the juices to develop. Before serving, there’s plenty of time to prepare the side dishes.
Our serving suggestion: Use some of the juices from the Schäufele to dress the sides, and drizzle the rest over the sliced meat – delicious! Serve with mustard if desired.
