Adler Schäufele

– The Black Forest classic –

All around delicious and wonderfully uncomplicated in the preparation. To warm up, simply place the Schäufele in the bag in hot water (80-90°C) and heat up for about 45 minutes, so it becomes especially juicy. You will have plenty of time to prepare the side dishes before serving.

Our special serving tip: Use some jus (broth) of the Schäufeles for the final seasoning of the side dishes and pour the rest over the sliced tranches – delicious! Serve with mustard if desired.
