Badischer tarte flambée
Preheat the oven to 250 °C. In the meantime, make a rough dough with the flour, water, oil and a pinch of salt, and roll out thinly. For the topping, combine the sour cream with the crème fraîche, season with pepper and salt, and spread onto the dough. Then cut the onions in half and slice thinly, and steam with a little water for one minute in the microwave at 600 Watt. Spread the ham and onions over the tarte. Bake for about 20 minutes on the bottom shelf of the oven.
To serve, sprinkle chopped chives over the tarte flambée. It’s a real treat at any time of day – give it a try!
