Baden tarte flambée

(1 tarte flambée)

Preheat the oven to 250° C. In the meantime prepare a kneaded dough from flour,

water, oil and a pinch of salt and roll out thinly. For the topping, mix sour cream with crème fraîche, season with pepper and salt and spread on the dough. Then cut the onions into thin slices, cut in half, and steam them with a little water for one minute at 600 watts in the microwave. Spread the ham and onions on the topping. Bake the tarte flambée for about 20 minutes on the bottom shelf of the oven.
