Landjäger in campfire bread with cheese dip (serves 10)

Pour the flour into a bowl and form a hollow in the centre. Crumble the yeast into the hollow, and add the forest honey and 100 ml lukewarm water. Make a starter dough, cover and prove for about 20 minutes.

Add the spices and about 200-300 ml of lukewarm water, and mix to form a firm dough. Skewer the Landjäger on sticks. Divide the dough into ten pieces, roll out to form long strands, and then wrap around the Landjäger.

For the cheese dip, mix the quark, spreadable cheese, milk and mineral water until smooth. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove.

Dice the radishes. Finely chop the parsley and chives and stir everything into the quark. Season to taste with the spices. While maintaining a safe distance from the fire, bake the bread on the sticks for about 15 to 20 minutes. Dip in the cheese and enjoy!
