Landjäger in stickbread

and Bibbeles cheese

(10 servings)

Put flour in a bowl, press a hollow in the middle. Crumble yeast into the hollow, add forest honey and 100 ml lukewarm water. Make a pre-dough and let it rise, covered, for about 20 minutes.

Add the spices and mix with about 200-300 ml of lukewarm water to form a firm dough. Skewer the landjäger on sticks. Divide the dough into ten pieces, roll into long strands and then wrap them around the Landjäger.

For the Bibbelskäse, mix the low-fat quark, processed cheese, milk and mineral water to a smooth

until smooth. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove.

Dice the radishes as well. Finely chop the parsley and chives and stir everything into the quark. Season to taste with the spices. Let the bread bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, keeping a little distance from the fire. Enjoy at leisure together with the Bibbeles cheese.
