Adler Rollschinkle

– The Hochschwarzwald speciality –

Rollschinkle from Adler is an exclusive speciality from the Upper Black Forest. The lean meat is cured, then smoked and cooked. It tastes particularly juicy and aromatic. To warm it up, simply put the Rollschinkle in the bag in hot water (80-90°C) and heat it up for about 45 minutes.

The Rollschinkle tastes just as good cold as warm. Suitable side dishes are vegetables, sauerkraut, potato salad, potato gratin or fresh hearty farmhouse bread. Our tip: Use the meat broth to season the side dishes and pour it over the cut slices. With the cold rolled ham, you should definitely try the jelly as a juicy lean spread.
