Adler’s homemade sausage specialties are a culinary delight, especially for connoisseurs. Adler Hausmacher Leberwurst is a liver sausage made from selected meat from our own abattoir and seasoned with a spice mixture handed down for generations within the Upper Black Forest. It can be served on fresh farmhouse bread or with a simple light meal, typically with sliced tomato, onion rings, radishes or gherkins.

The liver sausage is available in various pack sizes.
