ADLER’s Farmer’s ham is an air-dried gammon which is mildly spiced in accordance with a traditional recipe and salted by hand. It matures at 900 m above sea level in the fresh mountain air of the Black Forest, where it unfurls its wonderfully full-flavoured taste.
