Totally delicious and wonderfully easy to prepare. To heat, simply place the Schäufele (shoulder of pork) in hot water in the bag (80-90°C) and heat for approximately 45 minutes to ensure that it is especially juicy. In the course of the heating, you still have sufficient time for preparing the side dishes.
Our special serving tip: use some of the Schäufele (shoulder of pork) broth for the last seasoning of the side dishes and pour the remainder over the cut slices – delicious! Serve with mustard, at will.
